DevPro-এর পণ্য, মেম্বারশিপ ও সেবা ব্যবহারের আগে নিচের শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলী
বাংলাDevPro-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আমাদের সেবা বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মাবলীর সঙ্গে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। দয়া করে মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।
১. পণ্যের প্রকৃতি ও লাইসেন্স
- এখানে বিক্রি হওয়া সকল পণ্য GNU General Public License (GPL) এর আওতাভুক্ত।
- এই পণ্যগুলো মূল ডেভেলপারদের অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স নয়।
- আপনি এই পণ্যগুলোকে GPL লাইসেন্স অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার, পরিবর্তন ও পুনর্বিতরণ করতে পারবেন।
২. ফিচার ও API নির্ভরতা
- কিছু উন্নত ফিচার কাজ করার জন্য অফিসিয়াল ডেভেলপারদের API সার্ভারের সাথে সংযোগ প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
- আমাদের দেওয়া পণ্যের লোকাল ফিচারগুলো সম্পূর্ণ কাজ করবে, তবে API নির্ভর ফিচারগুলো (যেমন: AI সার্ভিস) কাজ নাও করতে পারে।
- অফিসিয়াল ফিচার ও সাপোর্ট পেতে চাইলে, ডেভেলপারদের কাছ থেকে অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স কিনতে হবে।
৩. ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট
- আমরা অফিসিয়াল ডেভেলপারদের কোনো সাপোর্ট বা আপডেট প্রদান করি না।
- আমরা শুধুমাত্র ইনস্টলেশন ও সাধারণ সমস্যার সমাধানে সীমিত সহায়তা প্রদান করি।
- পণ্যের ত্রুটিহীন ও নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন কার্যকারিতার কোনো গ্যারান্টি নেই।
৪. সোর্স ও ক্রয়নীতি
- আমরা আমাদের সকল থিম ও প্লাগইন প্রফেশনাল ও বিশ্বস্ত সোর্স থেকে সংগ্রহ করি।
- প্রতিটি ফাইল আপলোডের আগে Bitdefender Antivirus দিয়ে স্ক্যান করা হয়, যাতে কোনো ক্ষতিকর কোড বা ম্যালওয়্যার না থাকে তা নিশ্চিত করা যায়।
- এছাড়া, আমাদের হোস্টিং সার্ভারের Malware Scanner টুল স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সন্দেহজনক বা ক্ষতিকর ফাইল শনাক্ত করে অটো রিমুভ করে দেয়।
৫. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
- প্রতিটি ফাইল ব্যবহারের আগে নিজস্বভাবে স্ক্যান করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
- TrainingBox-এ দেওয়া সাইবার নিরাপত্তা নিয়মাবলি (Security Rules) মেনে চলা প্রত্যেক গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
- যদি ব্যবহারকারী স্ক্যান না করে ফাইল ব্যবহার করেন বা নিজস্ব সিকিউরিটি নীতি লঙ্ঘন করেন, তার জন্য DevPro কোনো দায়ভার গ্রহণ করবে না।
৬. রিফান্ড নীতি
- ডিজিটাল পণ্যের স্বরূপের কারণে, সমস্ত বিক্রি চূড়ান্ত এবং ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- পণ্য কেনার আগে এর প্রকৃতি বোঝা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
৭. দায়-সীমা (Disclaimer)
- আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্য স্ক্যান ও যাচাই করি, তবে তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিবর্তন, নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি বা ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ভার গ্রহণ করি না।
- আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য কেবল নিরাপদ ও শিক্ষামূলক ব্যবহারের সুযোগ তৈরি করা।
- আপনার অঞ্চল/দেশের সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স ও আইন মেনে চলার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার।
৮. আইনগত ও নৈতিক ব্যবহার
- আপনি পণ্যগুলোকে আইনগত ও নৈতিকভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন এবং GPL শর্তাবলী সম্মান করবেন।
- মিথ্যা দাবি করে বা অফিসিয়াল লাইসেন্স বলে পুনর্বিতরণ করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
৯. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
- আমরা যেকোনো সময় আগেই জানানো ছাড়া এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
- ওয়েবসাইট এবং পণ্য ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করেছেন বলে গণ্য হবেন।
নোট: আমাদের সকল জিপিএল ওয়ার্ডপ্রেস থিম ও প্লাগইন আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে জনপ্রিয় GPL মার্কেটপ্লেস থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়।

2. Feature & API Dependency
- Some advanced features may require a connection to the original developer's API servers.
- Local product features may function normally, while API-dependent features, such as AI services, may not be available.
- To receive official features and support, you may need to purchase an official license directly from the original developer.
3. Warranty & Support
- We do not provide support or updates on behalf of the original developers.
- We provide limited assistance for installation and general issues only.
- We do not guarantee that any product will operate without errors or interruptions.
4. Product Source & Security
- Our themes and plugins are collected from professional and trusted sources.
- Files are scanned with Bitdefender Antivirus before upload to help detect harmful code or malware.
- Our hosting server's Malware Scanner also automatically detects and removes suspicious or harmful files when identified.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are required to independently scan each file before use.
- Every customer is responsible for following the cyber security guidelines provided in TrainingBox.
- DevPro will not be responsible for issues resulting from using files without appropriate security checks or from violations of the user's own security policies.
6. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for understanding the nature of the product before purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Although products are scanned and reviewed, DevPro is not responsible for damages resulting from third-party changes, security risks or product use.
- Our purpose is to provide access for safe and educational use.
- You are responsible for complying with software licensing requirements and applicable laws in your country or region.
8. Legal & Ethical Use
- Products must be used legally and ethically and in accordance with applicable GPL terms .
- Redistributing a product while falsely claiming that it includes an official license is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the website or products after an update will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
