Copyright, GPL & Takedown Policy

১. WordPress ও GPL

WordPress GPLv2 or later-এর অধীনে প্রকাশিত। WordPress.org-এর stated position অনুযায়ী WordPress code-এর derivative works GPL inherit করতে পারে এবং themes ও plugins-কে তারা সাধারণভাবে derivative works হিসেবে বিবেচনা করে।

তবে DevPro এই অবস্থানকে প্রতিটি third-party product, file বা asset-এর জন্য blanket legal determination হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করে না।

২. Redistribution

Available licensing information যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে redistribution অনুমোদিত নির্দেশ করলে DevPro সংশ্লিষ্ট software বা material পুনর্বিতরণের নীতি অনুসরণ করে।

কোনো product purchase বা download করা হয়েছে—এটি একাই package-এর প্রতিটি component পুনর্বিতরণের অধিকার প্রমাণ করে না।

৩. Third-Party Assets

Code GPL-এর অধীনে থাকলেও image, font, logo, trademark, stock asset, documentation, API, cloud service বা অন্য component আলাদা license-এর অধীন হতে পারে।

কোনো material-এর redistribution rights যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে যাচাই করা না গেলে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সেটি remove, replace, exclude বা restrict করা হতে পারে।

৪. Trademark & No Affiliation

WordPress®, WooCommerce এবং অন্যান্য third-party trademarks তাদের নিজ নিজ rights holder-এর সম্পত্তি। এসব নাম কেবল identification, compatibility বা descriptive reference-এর জন্য ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।

এমন ব্যবহার affiliation, sponsorship, authorization বা endorsement বোঝায় না।

৫. Official License & Support

GPL-based product-এর সঙ্গে original developer-এর commercial license, license key, official account, proprietary API, cloud service, automatic update বা premium support অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকবে—এমন guarantee দেওয়া হয় না।

৬. Copyright / Takedown Request

আপনি good-faith basis-এ মনে করলে যে কোনো material আপনার copyright, trademark বা অন্য intellectual property right লঙ্ঘন করছে, takedown request পাঠাতে পারেন।

• Rights holder বা authorized representative-এর পরিচয়;
• Protected material-এর পরিচয়;
• Disputed page/file URL;
• Good-faith infringement statement;
• Contact information;
• Physical বা electronic signature।

৭. Review & Action

যথেষ্ট তথ্যসহ complaint পাওয়ার পর claim এবং available licensing information review করা হবে।

প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী material temporarily restrict, remove, replace, modify বা restore করা হতে পারে। এমন কোনো interim action infringement-এর admission নয়।

৮. Applicable Law

এই Policy কোনো valid license, lawful defence বা statutory right বাতিল করার উদ্দেশ্যে নয়। বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে applicable law, relevant license এবং competent authority-এর বৈধ সিদ্ধান্ত অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।

1. WordPress & GPL

WordPress is released under the GNU General Public License, GPLv2 or later. WordPress.org states that derivatives of WordPress code inherit the GPL and expresses the view that themes and plugins are generally derivative works.

DevPro does not treat that position as a blanket legal determination for every third-party product, file or asset.

2. Redistribution

DevPro follows a policy of redistributing software or material only where the available licensing information reasonably indicates that redistribution is permitted.

Purchase or possession of a product alone does not establish redistribution rights for every bundled component.

3. Third-Party Assets

Even where software code is GPL-licensed, images, fonts, logos, trademarks, stock assets, documentation, APIs, cloud services or other components may be subject to separate licenses or rights.

Where redistribution rights cannot reasonably be verified, the relevant material may be removed, replaced, excluded or restricted.

4. Trademarks & No Affiliation

WordPress®, WooCommerce and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Such names may be used only for identification, compatibility or descriptive reference.

Such use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.

5. Official License & Support

GPL-based products do not necessarily include the original developer's commercial license, license key, official account, proprietary API, cloud service, automatic updates or premium support.

6. Copyright / Takedown Requests

If you have a good-faith belief that material published by DevPro infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, you may submit a takedown request.

• Identity of the rights holder or authorized representative;
• Identification of the protected material;
• URL of the disputed material;
• A good-faith infringement statement;
• Valid contact information;
• Physical or electronic signature.

7. Review & Action

On receipt of a sufficiently detailed complaint, DevPro may review the claim and available licensing information.

Material may be temporarily restricted, removed, replaced, modified or restored where appropriate. Such interim action does not itself constitute an admission of infringement.

8. Applicable Law

This Policy is not intended to limit any valid license, lawful defence or mandatory statutory right. Applicable law, relevant license terms and valid decisions of competent authorities will prevail where applicable.
